To act as their advocate throughout the entire process, bringing guidance to the process of negotiations, inspections, and closing. To use my marketing expertise with every tool available, whether online or in print, to present their property in the best light to as many potential buyers as possible, resulting in the shortest time on the market and the best price and terms attainable.

I am originally from Asheville, North Carolina. I have also lived in South Florida and relocated from there to Pensacola in 2012. I live in Pensacola in the beautiful Nature Trail neighborhood and enjoy so many aspects of the Florida lifestyle: paddle-boarding, tennis, biking, and exploring our beautiful beaches. When I visit North Carolina, my kids and I do a lot of hiking and adventuring in the mountains. My grandfathers and father served in the military, and there is something very special about helping military members transfer into and out of this area, taking into consideration their specific challenges while buying or selling.

I am very familiar with the business of real estate, whether listing or selling, and I am confident that I can capably advocate for a customer throughout the process. Few agents have the hands-on experience that I have with the tools necessary to effectively market a seller's property. Besides all of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's amazing marketing tools, I have the additional ability to create custom advertising pieces and campaigns and run them myself in print and online.
